Job opportunity – REME Museum Curator
The award winning REME Museum is seeking a highly motivated, proactive and professional Curator to join our team.
The REME Museum is the Museum of the Corps of the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers which reopened in June 2017 after relocation and a major redesign.
This is a great opportunity for a Curator who has a passion for displays and collection management, coupled with a real enthusiasm to deliver the Museum’s vision, attracting new audiences and building on the Museum’s recent success.
The Curator reports directly to the Museum’s Director. In the absence of the Director they will have the confidence and communication skills to act as a representative of the Museum. The Curator is responsible for the line management and mentoring of the Assistant Curator and Museum Assistant.
