Armt SSgt Kelly Sketch of Prison Camp Hospital Scene

Mr Kelly began his Service career at 13 Command Workshop, Aldershot in 1937. He was promoted Armt SSgt in 1939 and posted to Singapore in 1940. Before he was captured he was a fit 11 stone man; when he was released from captivity he weighed 7 stone.

He returned to England, and to 13 Command Workshop, in 1946.
