The REME Museum is looking to commission a new, permanent, external sculpture to signpost and celebrate the Museum following its relocation to Lyneham.

The sculpture needs to be bold, contemporary with an enduring visual impact that causes people to pause and think, whilst simultaneously conveying the fact that it is a ‘sign/landmark’ for the REME Museum.

The sculpture should convey the values of the Corps of the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, as well as REME Museum, by referencing engineering, technology, innovation and/or the military.
